I’ve started using this on client sites, and it’s brilliant for tracking updates. Clients can mark what needs fixing, and it shows up instantly in my inbox. Love it!

As a plugin developer, this tool is extremely useful—I can capture a screenshot of an issue, turn it into a note, and assign it instantly. It makes tracking bugs on the site I’m working on fast and organized.
